I just completed the coursework and exam to become a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) to better meet the needs of my clients.
Many of my clients are dealing with selling family homes and helping their parents find the next place to call home. I personally just helped my parents downsize from a 3200+ square foot home into a lovely independent living facility where they don't have to worry about taking care of a house, pool or yard but instead can focus on enjoying life.
