Seniors Real Estate Specialist

Much of Stotz's business is focused on working with people 55 and over.  She has become certified as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist.  The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation is for REALTORS® who want to be able to meet the special needs of maturing adults when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. By earning the SRES® designation, REALTORS® are prepared to approach mature clients with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions.

Stotz has resources to help with the downsizing process. (What do I do with all this stuff?)  She can provide estate sale referrals, consignment options and haulers.  She can also refer you, or your family member or friend, to someone that will help them identify the right place for them if they need additional care as they age.  Stotz also has providers to help with getting the property ready to sell.  Painting, flooring, landscape and handyman repairs are all things she can help with prior to bringing the property to market.  Call her to have her help you as you figure out what to do with a property that no longer meets the needs of its owner.
