If you are a reader you know what it is like. A book on the nightstand. A stack next to the bed. Shelves full of books in your public spaces. If that is you, you are "Bookshelf Wealthy!" I love this new home decor term that has been made popular by social media. The idea is that bookshelf wealth is a direct reflection of you and your reading journey interpreted through books you have collected with purpose and not just to fill your shelves. This is further seen in the home design world as a cozy area to read and bookshelves that others can scan to see who you are. To read more on this check out this article on Realtor.com. This is a trend I can get behind because my house is full of books with one entire wall in my family room devoted to floor to ceiling built-in shelving full of everything from Pat Conroy's Lords of Discipline to Maya Angelou's Wouldn't Take Nothing for My Journey Now . Just call me wealthy, at least in books.
