Inventory is up and sales are slow in the San Diego real estate market. These graphics give a complete picture. Look at the change in median home price in one week. We don't usually see a decrease in median home price in the summer so this is unusual. It makes sense though. Inventory is up and the number of buyers is down so buyers have more say and sellers have to be realistic on price and terms if they want to sell.
