Although I am not an RV enthusiast, I have many friends who are. As the boomers retire many of them are buying RVs and taking to the road to see the US. The question that always comes up is where to keep the RV between road trips. A large driveway or a rental yard are two solutions but some builders have heard the desire to keep it nearby and are building RV garages in their new home construction. I have seen them in new developments in Riverside County, Boise, Sacramento and Sparks, Nevada. There could be resale value in having something like this based on a 2022 study by HomeLight. It will be interesting to see what those garages are used for in 30 years as Boomers age out of touring but for now these garages are a hot item.
