Although we have more inventory coming on the market and we are seeing more price reductions then we have seen locally in several years, the experts are still suggesting we will see overall national appreciation in for 2024. According to a recent article in Keeping Current Matters below is a graphic showing their projections. My personal feeling is we saw the high in April/May and may see softening - particularly in the $800K range and above - the rest of the year. I don't see a decrease in prices but think prices will show only a small gain the rest of 2024.
