According to a May chart released by Redfin, San Diego is experiencing a buyer's market. I would argue that it is a more balanced market since we haven't seen prices drop dramatically but sellers definitely outnumber buyers and buyers definitely are being very particular and taking their time. As you can see other parts of the country are in a far different situation.
