San Diego's median home price dropped in July for the first time in six months according to Core Logic. The price was down by $19,250. Does this portend a bursting bubble? Analysts don't think so but I have seen a slowing in the number of buyers out house shopping so want to be sure my clients are aware of a possible shift.
