It is an interesting time in the commercial real estate world. After six months of "stay at home" some employers are finding this new model of working at home may be okay after all. Not all businesses can do it but some are finding productivity may be increased. I was trying to find a definitive study on this but there are several and the results range from an increase in productivity of 13 percent to a decrease of 1 percent.
