For the first time ever, the median price of a home in San Diego surpassed $600,000. Yes, this happened during the pandemic. Suddenly we are all aware how important it is to have a place to call home.
When we are working and studying from home we find we need more space. There is limited inventory since some people don’t want to list their home during COVID-19 times.
