Some clients of mine are shopping for property in the back country. They want a spacious retreat with multiple acres, no close neighbors and outbuildings for their business. Easy to find but not so easy to insure for fire since all the wild fires the last few years.
One bit of advice, if you are thinking of buying from Alpine east and even some parts of El Cajon, check with your insurance carrier to see if they will insure the property. There are other options if the standard carriers won't but it is better to know all the particulars before you make an offer and fall in love with the perfect ranch.
